About the Nina
Nina After graduating from the School of Cooking she always wanted to do something with food. At 21, Our Founder dreamt of having her own restaurant. However, her grandfather was the brainchild “His health wasn’t something to worry about, just a 90-year-old man with diabetes who wanted to enjoy desserts! Grandfather wasn’t allowed refined sugar or flour. This is where the entire concept of Nina bakery came up. So, Nina started experimenting with desserts with natural sugars and wheat and jowar flour instead of refined flour. She did experiment with all different types of Vegan cake

Our journey began with one humble shop in Park Street, Kolkata and grew under the inspiring vision of our owner/founder, Nina in 2015. Since then, our team has combined their years of experience with the vision of baking the best vegan cake in park street for our Beloved customer’s.
